Create a Client admin account for your Canadian bookkeeping or accounting firm on Veridbooks. Billed monthly in CAD (firm minimum CAD $1000/mo). Includes a 14-day free trial (set by the platform). A card is still required at signup. Stripe charges on each renewal after the trial.

How signup works

  1. Enter your firm name and work email, then continue to Stripe Checkout.
  2. Add a credit card (required even when a free trial applies).
  3. Return and sign in with Google using the same email to claim Client admin access.
  4. Invite bookkeepers and add customers inside the firm workspace.

Billing in brief

Subscriptions are billed in CAD per active customer, with a firm minimum of CAD $1000 per month. Additional staff seats are not charged separately. Prefer a guided pilot or a larger practice quote? Contact us.
