Veridbooks hosts bookkeeping for accounting firms
Veridbooks is multi-firm bookkeeping software. We run the platform so accounting practices can draft customer books with software help, while people keep control of the numbers. Firm Client admins can start at signup; additional staff sign in with Google by invitation.
Who we serve
Accounting firms that need one place for customers, Drive-linked source folders, execution caps, expense ledgers, and month-end drafts. The platform host operates Veridbooks; each firm is a tenant with its own staff and books.
What we are not
Not a replacement for a CPA's judgment, and not a fully autonomous tax filer. Outputs must be reviewed. A seed firm name in a deployment (for example J&T) is just one tenant, not the product brand.

Software drafts are not final. Staff review and approve figures before filing or sending to customers.
Roles stay separate
Platform admin, firm admin, bookkeeper, and customer portal are different access levels. Firms can start as Client admin via signup; additional staff are invited and scoped by membership.
